TongDoSa (통도사) has the Buddha's Sari. For this reason, this temple is also designated as and called BulBoSaChal (불보사찰). There are BeopBoSaChal (법보사찰) which is HaeInSa (해인사) and SeungBoSaChal (승보사찰) which is SongGwangSa (송광사).
These three temples represent the three elements of Buddhism: Buddha- the Teacher, Buddhism - His Teaching, and Buddhists - His students (Buddhist monks and nuns), and, in a larger extent, every Buddhist.
The best way to get there from Busan is to use Busan Metro Line #2 to its teminus at Yangsan (양산) and take City Bus #11 to its terminus, and walk about 1 mile following signs.
I think this is what it says in Chinese, "Get off from your horse (from here)."
