300 A.D - 500 A.D

These artifacts and recreations of a village are based on what archeologists  have found around this region, north of Busan and south of Keongju, near the coastal area in the heartland of the Shilla Kingdom.

This was the period when Buddhism was first introduced to Gogurye Kingdom in 372 AD, then to Baekje Kingdom in 384 AD, and finally to Shilla Kingdom in 527 AD. Shilla was the only kingdom that had great resistance to adopting Buddhism and had great conflict with local faiths.
